# Communications and Digital Technologies minister, Solly Malatsi, says his department will pursue an out-of-court settlement in the analogue switch-off dispute. This follows a court ruling earlier this year halting the March switch-off after a challenge by the SABC and other broadcasters. Malatsi says legal teams have been mandated to seek a non-litigious resolution. He also announced a 704-million-rand allocation for the SABC in his budget vote:
