# The Madlanga Commission has scheduled the testimony of businessman Tumelo Nku to June 18 after his legal team cited a bereavement in his family. Nku is expected to testify on matters relating to the 2021 Aeroton cocaine bust, in which 751 kilograms of cocaine worth an estimated 300-million-rand were seized. The commission has heard allegations that Nku was registered as a police informant without proper verification. It has also reviewed WhatsApp messages allegedly discussing how the truck carrying the drugs could evade law enforcement authorities.
