Kruger land claimants to benefit from new economic scheme [SOUND]

# Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment minister, Willie Aucamp, has signed a Beneficiation Scheme agreement with land claimants linked to the Kruger National Park as it turns 100-years-old. The initiative of seven land claimants aims to create jobs, business opportunities, skills development and investment for affected communities. The minister says the scheme balances conservation with economic inclusion, ensuring communities benefit from the park’s resources while preserving the environmental and tourism value:
