# Television network ABC has announced that Jimmy Kimmel Live will return tonight. Last week, the late-night show was taken off the air for an indefinite period of time, following comments host Jimmy Kimmel made relating to the death of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk. In his monologue last Monday, Kimmel said that the MAGA gang was trying to score political points off Kirk’s murder. He also mocked US president Donald Trump’s reaction to the shooting. Sinclair, one of America’s biggest owners of local TV stations, says it won’t air the programme.
