# Parliament’s Impeachment Committee has resolved to request its legal advisers to guide the legal position regarding president Cyril Ramaphosa’s appearance or testimony before it. An independent panel found a prima facie case for Ramaphosa to answer allegations linked to the theft of foreign currency at his Phala Phala farm in Limpopo in 2020.
