# Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana has appointed Lebogang Mogashoa as the new Pension Funds Adjudicator for a three-year term effective 8 December. He succeeds Muvhango Lukhaimane. Mogashoa, a legal expert with over 17 years’ experience, previously served at the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund. The Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator resolves disputes between pension fund members and funds to ensure fairness and accountability.
