Barely weeks ago, eMedia Holdings published remuneration disclosures for its top executives in line with recent amendments to the Companies Act. Giwusa president Mametlwe Sebei says the group reported 3-billion-rand in revenue and a profit of 299.5-million-rand, meaning the company is not in distress, nor is it facing any existential threat:
