# The Gauteng Health Department is strengthening its Emergency Medical Services workforce, with 167 officials graduating after completing a Higher Certificate in Public Management. The programme, delivered with Regenesys Business School, focuses on leadership, governance and operational decision-making. In addition, 117 Emergency Medical Care students during the 2025/26 financial year, exceeding its target of 90.
