# The Forum for South Africa has welcomed reports that the National Prosecuting Authority is considering prosecuting Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni. This is in relation to a 2.5-million-rand tender awarded to a consulting firm during Ntshavheni’s tenure as municipal manager of the Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality in Limpopo.
