# The Forum 4 Service Delivery in the Free State has welcomed the voluntary closure of some foreign-owned spaza shops around Mangaung ahead of planned anti-illegal immigration marches tomorrow. The organisation says it opposes any intimidation, violence or looting targeting foreign nationals. The organisation’s spokesperson Potso Motoko says closures are acceptable only if they are voluntary and involve undocumented traders operating illegally. He stressed that businesses must not be forced to shut down and called for lawful, peaceful action throughout the demonstrations.
