# Five people including a police officer have been killed last night when a Polo and a minibus taxi collided along the N3 Toll Route, just after the Marrianhill Toll Plaza in KwaZulu-Natal. The provincial Department of Transport’s spokesperson, Ndabezinhle Sibiya says a minibus taxi carrying 17 passengers travelling to Ixopo veered off the road and rolled 50 meters down the embankment. He says twelve passengers sustained injuries and were taken to hospital:
