# The Freedom Front Plus says the latest Auditor-General report reveals serious financial mismanagement and corruption in many municipalities. The 2024/2025 report shows that more than half of municipalities are technically bankrupt, with many facing ongoing cash flow problems and approving unfunded budgets. It also highlights billions lost through irregular expenditure and infrastructure failures.
