# The Madlanga Commission has heard that corruption within the SAPS follows three key patterns. Anti-corruption expert Albertus Schoeman testified that these include the abuse of authority to obstruct investigations, the leaking of confidential information to criminal networks, and the manipulation of procurement processes for personal gain.
