Eskom spokesperson, Daphne Mokwena says the Unplanned Capacity Loss Factor, which measures unplanned outages, stands at 27.99-percent from April last month until Thursday. She says this reflects an improvement of 1.2-percent compared to 29.15-percent recorded during the same period last year:
