# Eskom has delivered 504 consecutive days without load-shedding to South Africa, as its year-to-date Energy Availability Factor improves to 68.11-percent. The power utility says diesel expenditure has fallen by 4.79-billion-rand, an 80.49-percent year-on-year reduction. Unplanned outages have also improved, with nearly two-thousand-943 megawatts returned to service. Eskom says customers affected by load reduction have declined to 202-thousand-590, while seven provinces remain free from load-reduction.
