DRDGold revenue jumps 26% to R8-billion

# DRDGold has reported a 26-percent increase in revenue for the year ending in June, reaching eight-billion-rand, driven by a 31-percent rise in the rand gold price. Earnings per share are expected to grow by up to 74-percent compared with last year. The company produced over 155-thousand ounces of gold, and operating costs went up four-percent. The group remains debt-free with cash reserves of 1.3-billion-rand. Capital expenditure fell 24-percent following major project completions.
