# The Seshego Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo has cleared a 28-year-old man, accused of statutory rape after allegedly impregnating a 13-year-old girl that gave birth last Christmas. DNA results have excluded Ditebogo Frans Gololo as the father. National Prosecuting Authority’s Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi says Gololo was arrested on 26 December 2024 and charged with statutory rape by the Seshego Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit:
