DA welcomes Cape Town’s R1-billion investment in disadvantaged communities [SOUND]

# The DA in the Western Cape says the City of Cape Town is investing more than one-billion-rand to improve infrastructure and basic services in historically disadvantaged communities. The funding is provided through the urban settlements’ development grant. The DA’s Dirk Wessels says the funding demonstrates the city’s commitment to expanding access to basic services, improving quality of life and creating economic opportunities for residents:
