DA slams Tshwane budget as tool to protect ANC patronage networks [SOUND]

# The DA in Tshwane has rejected the City’s latest budget, labelling it a tool to protect ANC patronage at the expense of residents. According to the party, the new city cleansing levy will unfairly tax residents 200-rand a month, even those who already pay for private waste collection.
