# The DA has launched its 2026 voter registration campaign in Tshwane today ahead of the November 4 local government elections. The campaign includes the “BackBrink” initiative aimed at returning its mayoral candidate Cilliers Brink as mayor. The party says its priorities include fixing municipalities, improving service delivery, tackling crime and fighting corruption. Voters are encouraged to register during the national registration weekend on June 20 and 21 or update their details online through the Electoral Commission platform ahead of the crucial municipal poll.
