Cricket: Sophie Devine will lead New Zealand in the Women’s World Cup

# Cricket: Sophie Devine will lead New Zealand in the Women’s one-day World Cup in India and Sri Lanka, which will be her fifth appearance. The White Ferns have included six players in their squad who will feature at their first 50-over World Cup and four who will appear at their first senior International Cricket Council event. Twenty-two-year-old all-rounder Flora Devonshire has received her maiden ODI call-up. Coach Ben Sawyer says he is pleased with the balance of the squad, given the conditions and opposition they will face.
