# The High Court in Pretoria has ruled that the state cannot use the alleged confession of accused two, Bongani Ntanzi, to cross-examine accused one, Muzi Sibiya, in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial. The defence argued Ntanzi’s statement cannot be applied to others. The ruling comes as police originally investigated intruders in the 2014 shooting of the Bafana Bafana captain, where Ntanzi’s statement refers to Sibiya as the lookout man outside Meyiwa’s girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo’s home in Vosloorus, Gauteng, when two intruders entered.
