City of Cape Town working to reduce waste and burden on landfill sites [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town’s Urban Waste Management Directorate is stepping up its efforts to keep communities clean. This is through enforcing waste by-law compliance among businesses and building awareness among residents. The UVM By-law Enforcement Unit recently conducted inspections of local businesses to ensure compliance with the Integrated Waste Management Plan.
