Cape Town investing over R4-billion on power infrastructure projects [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town says it is committed to its vision of achieving energy security, as outlined in the City’s Energy Strategy 2050. The metro is investing more than four-billion-rand on power infrastructure projects as part of its new budget from 2024 to 2027. Mayoral committee member for Energy, Xanthea Limberg, says they are proud to have successfully launched the online small-scale embedded generation application platform, which has made the application process easier for customers and installers alike:
