Cape Town commits R4.4-billion to human settlements over 3 years [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town has set aside more than 4.4-billion-rand over the next three years to improve human settlements and expand housing opportunities. The funding includes upgrades to informal settlements, serviced sites, council flats and title deed programmes aimed at improving living conditions for vulnerable residents.
