Canada to impose new sanctions on Russia [SOUND]

# Canadian prime minister Mark Carney says his country will be imposing additional sanctions against Russia, including on 77 individuals and 39 entities. It will also be implementing sanctions on the trade of an additional 201 vessels and imposing new prohibitions on listed vessels, to further constrain the activities of vessels that are part of Russia’s shadow fleet.
