Business Leadership SA flags urgency in resolving grid bottlenecks

# Business Leadership South Africa says urgent action is needed to resolve grid bottlenecks that are stalling energy reform. The organisation says while progress has been made through cooperation with Electricity and Energy minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, delays in unlocking private investment and connecting renewable energy projects are concerning. In her weekly newsletter, CEO Busisiwe Mavuso said grid access disputes, municipal debt, and a struggling distribution system remain major obstacles. Mavuso added faster action is needed to ensure reliable electricity and economic stability.
