# The African Transformation Movement has welcomed the establishment of the 31-member impeachment committee, but warns this must not be another carefully choreographed parliamentary performance. The Constitutional Court recently ruled Parliament’s failure to adopt the Section 89 panel’s finding that president Cyril Ramaphosa could have violated his oath of office, was unconstitutional.
