# The ATM has strongly condemned what it calls the ANC/DA coalition’s latest act of betrayal against the people of South Africa. Communications and Digital Technologies minister, Solly Malatsi announced that government will ease the 30-percent Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment requirement to facilitate the entry of Elon Musk’s Starlink into the South African market.
