Angelo Agrizzi in plea talks with State over Bosasa scandal

# Former Bosasa chief operating officer, Angelo Agrizzi, is in plea negotiations with the State over fraud and corruption charges. The ailing whistleblower faces allegations tied to 1.8-billion-rand in Correctional Services tenders from 2004 to 2007, and alleged kickbacks involving ex-ANC member of Parliament, Vincent Smith. Meanwhile the case of co-accused Linda Mti, Andries van Tonder and Patrick Gillingham, has been postponed to October.
