Air traffic control failure causes major delays at OR Tambo

# A systems failure at OR Tambo International Airport in Gauteng is causing flight delays. Air Traffic and Navigation Services says the breakdown, linked to the flight plan management system, has caused flight delays and operational disruptions. Passengers are advised to check with airlines for updates and arrive two hours early for domestic and three hours early for international flights. Airports Company South Africa is working with stakeholders to minimise delays and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
