# The Activists and Citizens Forum says former National Director of Public Prosecutions head, Shamila Batohi, must take full responsibility for the outcome of the Nkabinde Inquiry. The inquiry has cleared controversial South Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions, Andrew Chauke, of all accusations against him by Batohi. Forum spokesperson, Dennis Bloem, says a golden opportunity was missed to clean the Public Prosecution Authority once and for all:
