# ActionSA in Tshwane has welcomed the metro’s 2026/2027 fully-funded budget of 58.5-billion-rand tabled by deputy mayor and mayoral committee member for Finance, Eugene Modise. The budget, which includes operating revenue of R57.1 billion and expenditure of R55.6 billion, prioritises financial stability, economic revitalisation and investment attraction, among others. ActionSA caucus leader, Henriette Frohlich, says Tshwane has been identified as the leading municipality in the country in terms of reform implementation and fiscal recovery programme:
