ACT says public trust in police and courts is critically low [SOUND]

# The African Congress for Transformation says public confidence in the South African Police Service, judiciary, and key oversight institutions has reached a critical low. This follows alarming allegations of entrenched corruption raised by KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi. ACT spokesperson Mohau Khumalo says state institutions are failing the public by protecting corruption instead of those who speak out:
