Minister De Lille hails Kruger National Park as global tourism, heritage icon [SOUND]

# Tourism minister Patricia de Lille has described Kruger National Park as an iconic world heritage site and one of South Africa’s most important tourism assets. Speaking during the park’s 100-years celebrations at Skukuza Rest Camp in Mpumalanga, de Lille praised Kruger’s contribution to conservation, biodiversity protection and economic development. She said the park continues to attract visitors from across the world while supporting jobs and local communities:
