# Build One South Africa says South African taxpayers should not be forced to fund president Cyril Ramaphosa’s personal legal defence against the Section 89 independent panel report into the Phala Phala saga. The president has filed an application to the Western Cape High Court, urging that it review and set aside the report, and invalidate any actions taken by the National Assembly pursuant to it.
