# A suspended member of the police’s organised crime unit, Fannie Nkosi, is challenging his bial denial in the High Court in Pretoria today. He was arrested last month on charges including possessing high-calibre firearms, a stun grenade, police dockets, and cash. Nkosi’s lawyer, Hendrik Potgieter, told Judge Mokhine Mosopa the state has not proven Nkosi was a danger to society or is likely to interfere with investigations if released on bail:
