Motorsport: Russell grabs pole for Mercedes 1-2 at Canadian GP

# Motorsport: Britain’s George Russell powered to pole position on Saturday for the Canadian Grand Prix ahead of Mercedes teammate Kimi Antonelli. The two McLarens of British reigning world champion Lando Norris and Australian Oscar Piastri will start from the second row, Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton will start from fifth, with four-time world champion Max Verstappen in sixth.  Russell earlier won the sprint race from pole position with Formula One leader Kimi Antonelli third and crying foul. The scrap required an intervention from Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff, who told Antonelli to concentrate on driving and not moan on the radio.
