ACSA announces new board appointments

# Airports Company South Africa has announced eight new board appointments as it advances its 21-billion-rand airport upgrade programme. Irvin Phenyane has been named chairperson, alongside new members including Xoliswa Daku, Keitumetse Mahlangu, Surendra Sooklal, Roy Mnisi, Theunis Chamberlain, as well as Kurt Parker and Ulandi Exner. They will join the board on August 6. ACSA says the appointed individuals bring extensive experience in aviation, governance, ICT and risk management. It adds that the strengthened board will support infrastructure expansion, passenger experience and operational resilience.
