IFP’s Hlabisa pledges to revive Johannesburg as a functional city [SOUND]

# Inkatha Freedom Party leader Velenkosini Hlabisa says the party is determined to help restore Johannesburg as a functional and thriving city. Speaking at the party’s mayoral campaign launch in Soweto, Hlabisa described Johannesburg as South Africa’s economic hub and gateway to the continent. Hlabisa says if Johannesburg works, the country’s economy will also improve. He added that the IFP wants to focus resources, leadership and manpower on strengthening service delivery:
