# Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department deputy chief Julius Mkhwanazi and Ekurhuleni city manager Kagiso Lerutla are due back in the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court tomorrow for a bail hearing. They face charges of fraud and corruption linked to an alleged attempt to interfere with a 2019 speeding case, including claims Lerutla paid Mkhwanazi 400-thousand-rand to have the matter withdrawn.
