PIC invests R2.7-billion in Waterfall City in Midrand

# The Public Investment Corporation announced it has invested 2.7-billion-rand in the Waterfall City development in Midrand, Gauteng. During an oversight visit, chairperson David Masondo described the mix-use development as a compelling example of a high-quality, long-term investment in South Africa’s urban future, sustaining just under 23-thousand jobs. He emphasises it is part of a carefully balanced and diversified property portfolio designed to drive both financial returns and socio-economic impact. Masondo will undertake further oversight visits to key national assets over the next three months.
