# The Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court has ruled Gauteng SAPS Organised Crime officer Fannie Nkosi can only apply for bail on 13 April. The state says it needs more time to review official dockets seized during a raid on his Pretoria home and to test explosives found in his possession. Nkosi faces charges of theft, defeating the ends of justice, and possession of unlicensed ammunition and stun grenades, and will be placed in the hospital section at Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Services for his safety.
