# The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse says it will not allow delay tactics in its case against former Johannesburg Property Company CEO Helen Botes. The organisation is pursuing a delinquent-director application over the fatal Usindiso building fire in 2023 and alleged irregular Covid-19 contracts.
