# Twelve City of Tshwane employees have graduated from the 2024/2025 Legal Training and Mentorship Programme. The programme addresses key challenges within the chief operations officer cluster, where departments such as Regional Operations and Coordination, Community and Social Development Services, and Electricity face numerous litigation matters. Mayoral committee member for Corporate and Shared Services, Kholofelo Morodi, says that by enhancing departmental legal knowledge and response capabilities, it reduces reliance on external counsel and minimises costly court losses:
