# Gauteng premier Panyaza Lesufi has extended his best wishes to the Class of 2025 as National Senior Certificate exams begin on Tuesday. Over 188-thousand candidates will write across one-thousand-and seven centres. Gauteng achieved an 88.4-percent pass rate last year, ranking third nationally.
