DA Eastern Cape exposes sewage pollution threatening Orange River and Gariep Dam [SOUND]

# The DA in the Eastern Cape says it has managed to expose ongoing sewage pollution caused by the non-functional Nursery Pump Station in Aliwal North. The party recently conducted an oversight visit to the pump station, where it found untreated sewage flowing directly into the Orange River, and pollution continuing downstream into the Gariep Dam.
