Mabuza’s wives head to Mpumalanga High Court over R44 Million pension payout

# The Mpumalanga High Court will today hear arguments regarding the late former deputy president David Mabuza’s 44-million-rand pension fund. This comes after Mabuza’s daughter Tamara Silinda approached the court to block the distribution of her late father’s pension fund by Alexander Forbes. Silinda claims her mother was Mabuza customary wife. She is seeking to halt distribution until all dependents’ rights are recognised and a fair share allocated.
