MK Party court bid against Madlanga Commission struck off the roll

# The MK Party’s attempt to halt the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry into KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi’s allegations has been struck off the roll. Leader Jacob Zuma and the MK Party urged the court not to dismiss the case on a technicality.
