Judgment reserved in Lungu family repatriation dispute appeal [SOUND]

# The High Court in Pretoria has reserved judgment in the dispute between late former Zambian president Edgar Lungu’s family and the Zambian government. The family challenged a ruling allowing Zambia to repatriate his body for a state funeral. Legal counsel Tembeka Ngcukaitobi argues the widow’s rights and South African law should be considered. He says if leave to appeal is granted, the matter could proceed to the Supreme Court of Appeal for adjudication:
